Lion, Witch and the Wardrobe

Well the "big ideas" the film should contain are the kids being sent of to live with a professor, Lucy finding a Wardrobe that contains Narnia and no one believes her, everyone entering Narnia, Edmund running off and betraying his siblings and the prophecy. The kid-like characteristics, the magic, friendly creatures and people, snow and mysterious fantasy land all make it appealing to the children. Mean characters, betrayal, lying, questioning, war and battles, injuries, special effects all appeal to the adults. Therefore, with the movie having all of these makes it appealing for both the adults and children.
